How quickly can you find a suitable candidate?

We can match you with candidates within 3 days to 2 weeks, depending on your requirements and the urgency of your request.

Is it mandatory to hire an intern after the internship?

No, there is no obligation to hire. However, we do ask partners to provide a reference letter for candidates who perform well during the internship.

How long does the internship last?

An unpaid internship (e.g. within the MAG format or volunteering) can last up to 6 weeks (up to 12 weeks in some cases), with a workload of up to 20 hours per week. A paid internship typically lasts between 6 and 12 months.

What does “70% discounted hiring” mean?

In Germany, employers may receive financial support through the Eingliederungszuschuss (EGZ) — a subsidy provided by the Employment Agency when hiring candidates who need additional support entering the job market. Depending on the case, the subsidy can cover up to 50% of the employee’s salary for up to 12 months (and up to 70% in special cases). The final decision is made individually by the local Employment Agency or Jobcenter.

Yes. Our services are completely free of charge. Our mission is to support immigrants in integrating into the German job market through upskilling and employment opportunities. We collaborate with formats like MAG and focus on creating successful employment stories that inspire others.
